Job Summary
The Sr. Growth Manager (SGM) reports to the Sr. Director of Commercial Sales and Retention (SDCSR) and is responsible for generating margin growth in the commercial and industrial business through specialty channels and partnerships. The SGM will develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets. This role combines strategic sales leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on scaling our sales operations while maintaining high-quality customer relationships. The SGM will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing sales strategies, and leading initiatives that accelerate our revenue trajectory.

The pay for this position ranges from $125,600.00 to $155,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors.
