Job Summary: Popeyes is seeking a field-based Sr. Analyst – Operations Performance Support to support the execution of targeted operational interventions across the system. This role focuses primarily on Franchise-to-Franchise (F2F) portfolio integrations and New Restaurant Openings (NROs), helping stabilize restaurant operations during periods of transition.

As part of the Operations Performance team, the Senior Analyst serves as a restaurant subject matter expert, working directly in restaurants to assess operational performance, identify gaps, and coach restaurant leadership teams on brand standards and best practices. This role provides shoulder-to-shoulder support with RGMs, District Managers, and franchise leaders to improve operational execution, reinforce core routines, and drive performance improvement.

The Sr. Analyst translates in-restaurant observations and operational data into clear, actionable insights while supporting the implementation and follow-up of operational improvement plans.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct restaurant visits independently to support F2F portfolio integrations and NROs

  • Provide shoulder-to-shoulder coaching with RGMs and restaurant leadership teams to reinforcePopeyesoperational standards.

  • Identifyoperational gaps across key areas including food safety, speed of service, labor deployment, and guest experience, REV

  • Support restaurant teams in implementing operational improvements based on in-restaurant observations.

  • Adapt coaching approach based on real-time restaurant conditions to drive immediate operational improvements.

  • Evaluate restaurant performance through operational metrics and in-restaurant observations.

  • Identifyroot causes of performance gaps and surfaceclear, actionable insightsto restaurant leadership and the Operations Performance team.

  • Support the Sr. Manager in diagnosing performance challenges across assigned restaurant portfolios.

  • Monitor performance improvements following operational interventions.

  • Drive accountability at the RGM and District Manager level

  • Track follow-up actions andimplementationprogress after restaurant visits.

  • Maintain detailed visit recaps, operational observations, and performance summaries.

  • Support ongoing monitoring of restaurants during F2Ftransitions and NRO ramp periods.

  • Build visit materials, performance summaries, and engagement recaps following restaurant engagements.

  • Document operational learnings and best practices from field deployments.

  • Support updates to Operations Performance playbooks used for F2F integrations and NRO support.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in restaurant operations, hospitality, or operational support roles.

  • Strong understanding of QSR restaurant operations and performance drivers.

  • Proven ability to diagnose operational issues and recommend practical solutions.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced restaurant environments.

  • Willingness totravel up to 75–80%, with flexibility to accommodate last-minutetravel and occasional evening and weekend commitments.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Salary:

Base salary range of $88,000 – $95,000. Base salary for this position may vary based on relevant factors such as experience, education, location, and skills.

This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the incentive program, based on individual and company performance metrics. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation in the form of equity grants pursuant to the Company’s long-term incentive plan.
