What You'll Do
As a Sr Administrative Assistant,you will deliver a wide range of administrative services to a department-level Vice President, with responsibilities that may extend to providing prioritized support for Assistant Vice Presidents. This individual will have regular interactions with leadership, will be tasked with calendar management, travel/expense coordination, project coordination, meeting support, and other value added tasks as determined by business need. Sr Administrative Assistants balance multiple priorities, act as a reliable resource and model high standards of service excellence across the administrative community. They should anticipate leader needs, act as liaisons with key internal and external partners, and ensure organizational priorities are executed efficiently and effectively. They work with confidentiality, influence, and collaboration while supporting a high level of complex scheduling and materials.

Salary Range Information
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.Salary Range

Work Environment
This role will be a hybrid opportunty, working a minimum 3 days in the office at our downtown Des Moines, IA location.
