Speech Language Pathologist

Phaxis Education is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for licensed SLPs who are passionate about supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs in a collaborative school setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Monitor and report student progress

Position Details:

• Location: Delaware school districts (multiple openings)
• Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | School Hours
• Caseload: K–12 opportunities available
• School Year: 2026–2027

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Delaware SLP License (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCCs preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
