Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program.
• Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
• Active Ohio state license in Speech-Language Pathology required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Client requirement: Ability to provide services in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting and manage caseloads typical for long-term care populations.
• Client preference: Experience with dysphagia management, cognitive-communication disorders, and 1:1 and group therapy in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Client preference: Experience with documentation software and Medicare/Medicaid regulations in a SNF setting.

• Shift Name: Days.
• Schedule: 4x8 (days per week).
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facilities as needed.
