Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Dover, Delaware area. This is a full school-year contract with the opportunity for renewal.

Position Overview

In this role, you will work with students across various grade levels, addressing a range of speech and language needs in a collaborative school setting.

• Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar
• Stable caseload with consistent scheduling
• Opportunity to work across one or multiple school sites
• Collaborative team environment with educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $50–$60/hour (based on experience)
• Full W-2 benefits package
• 12-month spread pay option for consistent income year-round

• Ongoing clinical support from a dedicated advisory team

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible Delaware SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFs welcome to apply)
• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
