We’re partnering with a school district in Wayne County, MI to hire multiple Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year.
This full-time opportunity offers a consistent schedule and the chance to make a meaningful impact supporting an elementary-grade caseload. You’ll work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success throughout the school year.
Position Details
- Location: Onsite
- Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (follows district calendar)

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to students of all ages to support their speech, language, and communication needs in an academic setting.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and track progress.
- Document and maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Michigan SLP license (or ability to obtain)
- CCC preferred; CFY candidates welcome
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Experience with IEPs and evaluations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to manage a caseload and support student needs
