The role is responsible for contributing to the design, facilitation, and delivery of global and regional Learning & Development programs, with a strong focus on leadership, career, and performance‑related initiatives. The role partners closely with global and regional stakeholders to localize programs, address regional business needs, and ensure high‑quality execution and adoption across the organization
1. Program Design, Development & Localization
- Contribute to the end‑to‑end design, development, and enhancement of global and regional L&D programs.
- Customize program content, learning journeys, and delivery approaches to address regional requirements, including language and cultural context.
- Support the creation of blended learning solutions (virtual, in‑person, and digital).
2. Program Delivery, Session Facilitation & Engagement
- Deliver and facilitate learning sessions across leadership, career and performance programs in virtual, in‑person, and blended formats.
- Act as a program facilitator or co‑facilitator, applying experiential methods, and effective facilitation techniques.
- Adapt facilitation style based on audience level, program objectives, and learner needs.
- Partner with global facilitators, internal SMEs, and external vendors to ensure high‑quality learner experience and seamless session delivery.
- Capture participant feedback and session insights to support continuous improvement of program design and facilitation.
3. Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration
- Partner with global regional L&D teams, regional stakeholders, business leaders, SMEs, and vendors to ensure effective program execution.
- Act as a regional implementation partner for global initiatives, ensuring consistency while addressing local needs.
- Support vendor coordination, facilitation logistics, and content reviews as required.
4. Digital Learning & Communications Support
- Support adoption and effective use of WSP digital learning platform technologies.
- Contribute to digital learning pathways, journeys, and learning courses.
- Support L&D communications and engagement through WSP Intranet platform.
6. Measurement, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
- Track program participation, completion, and feedback.
- Support data‑driven improvements to enhance learning effectiveness and learner experience.
- Ensure documentation, governance, and operational processes are followed in line with L&D standards.
