  • Maintain required certifications; ACI, ICC, and UDOT certifications may be in progress at time of hire.
  • Support and coordinate with field engineers, resident engineers, and other inspectors (typically 1–2 days/week onsite together).
  • Maintain a company vehicle while on assignment and complete required vehicle reporting.
  • Assist with technician training and field documentation as needed.
  • Additional duties as assigned based on project needs.

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Willingness to work project-dependent schedules, including potential overtime (50–55 hours/week on many roadway projects).
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • ICC Reinforced Concrete and/or Structural Masonry certification and/or ACI Level II certification.
  • ACI Certifications.
  • UDOT Certifications (Level I - IV).
