Events are more than logistics; they’re about creating experiences that connect people and brands. This paid internship is designed for an individual who wants hands-on exposure to event marketing, event sales, and customer engagement, while building real-world confidence in fast-paced, client-facing environments.


We partner with brands to deliver high-impact, face-to-face campaigns through retail events, promotional activations, and live brand experiences. If you’re looking to develop communication skills, sales experience, and event coordination expertise, this role gives you all three.


What You’ll Learn

  • Event marketing & event sales fundamentals (customer acquisition, brand representation, promotional campaigns)
  • Face-to-face communication & public interaction skills
  • Customer engagement, lead generation, and client interaction strategies
  • Retail sales techniques and performance-driven selling
  • Event coordination, setup, and on-site execution

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers through face-to-face interactions, building rapport and brand awareness
  • Deliver clear, engaging product presentations and demonstrations
  • Support event setup, coordination, and breakdown
  • Drive event sales, customer sign-ups, and lead generation
  • Represent brands at live events
  • Provide a positive, memorable customer experience at every touchpoint
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets / KPIs
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve event performance and results
