Special Education Teacher

Special Education Teacher (TK–12) | Full-Time | [Yuba City, CA]

Location: Near Yuba City

Schedule: Full-Time

Start Date: 8/6/2026

School Year: 2026/2027 School Year

Compensation: Up to $70/hr (based on experience, credentials, and placement) Tax Free travel stipends available for those that qualify

Opportunities are available across K–12 grade levels in inclusion, resource, and self-contained classroom settings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet diverse learning needs
• Support students' academic, behavioral, social, and emotional growth
• Collect data, track progress, and maintain compliant documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, service providers, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Special Education or a related field
• Active CA Special Education License/Credential
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development, compliance, and progress monitoring
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
