We are seeking a dedicated and driven Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team and support the Executive Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on in the kitchen, passionate about consistency and presentation, and skilled at mentoring others. They will help lead a talented team in delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • 2+ years of leadership experience within a full-service kitchen
  • Assist in daily BOH operations, ensuring food is prepared and presented to brand standards
  • Support inventory management, stock rotation, and waste reduction
  • Train and mentor line cooks, prep cooks, and BOH staff to maintain consistency and performance
  • Uphold safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards across all kitchen operations
  • Ensure smooth kitchen workflow during service, addressing issues promptly and professionally
  • Step into cooking or prep roles as needed to support the team during peak periods
  • Collaborate with Executive Sous Chef and FOH leadership to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
  • Maintain clear communication between BOH and FOH to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
