An established upscale casual Italian restaurant is seeking a Sous Chef to support daily kitchen operations, lead the line, and help maintain high food quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready for growth with a respected hospitality group.

Sous Chef Qualifications & Responsibilities
• Scratch kitchen experience required
• Strong knife skills and solid culinary technique
• Support daily prep, service, and line execution
• Lead and develop line cooks and prep staff
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Italian, pasta, or pizza experience is a plus
