About the Role

This full-time Sous Chef position offers a salary of approximately $60,000 with excellent benefits. This is a strong opportunity for a Sous Chef or experienced line cook ready to grow into a leadership role within a refined dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef with daily kitchen operations
• Oversee food preparation, line execution, and quality control
• Train and support kitchen staff development
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist with ordering, inventory, and scheduling support
• Ensure consistency in presentation and execution
• Support smooth and efficient service flow

Qualifications

• Prior culinary leadership experience preferred
• Upscale dining experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Passion for hospitality and culinary excellence
• Understanding of food safety standards
