Job Overview:

The Sourcing Analyst will play a critical role in supporting procurement and sourcing activities within the organization. This position involves analyzing supplier data, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring cost-effective procurement strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze supplier performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Support the development and implementation of sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs and requirements.
• Monitor market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and present reports on sourcing activities and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Pay Range: $32.00 - $35.00

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
