How you’ll make an impact in this roleEmpowered patients through clinical education on the critical role of regular screenings, translating complex diagnostic procedures into actionable breast health wellness plans.
Directed the end-to-end lifecycle of diagnostic documentation, ensuring 100% accuracy in patient history, lead markers, and high-definition image submission to PACS.
Evaluated mammographic films for optimal technical quality—including density and contrast—to ensure diagnostic precision and minimize the need for repeat screenings.
Spearheaded departmental safety initiatives by strictly adhering to federal radiation guidelines and ALARA principles to eliminate unnecessary patient exposure.
Managed departmental readiness and equipment functionality, proactively identifying technical malfunctions and maintaining a sterile, compliant environment for high-volume clinical operations.
