Ultrasound Technologist

Lodge Grass Clinic– Crow Service Unit📍 Crow Agency, MT | Lodge Grass, MT🕒 Day Shift | Monday–Friday⏱ 40 Hours per Week

Spectrum Healthcare Resources is seeking a qualified Ultrasound Technologist to provide day‑shift diagnostic imaging services across hospital and clinic settings.

This role plays a vital part in delivering timely, high‑quality care to the Crow and Northern Cheyenne communities.

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations independently
• Maintain accurate imaging and patient records in EHR/PACS
• Ensure image quality and patient safety
• Complete CSU mandatory and ongoing training
• Collaborate with radiology leadership and providers
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to diverse patient populations

Required Qualifications

• Certification from recognized organization such as:
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), or
  • ARRT Sonography Credential
• Minimum 2 years of hospital ultrasound experience
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Image Gently & Image Wisely certification/training
• Ability to meet all IHS background, health, and immunization requirements

• Stable weekday, day‑shift schedule
• Meaningful work serving Tribal communities
• Experience within the Indian Health Service system
• Supportive clinical team environment
