Solutions Consultant

We’re looking for a Mortgage Banking Solutions Consultant who knows how to restructure deals, build relationships, and close. You’ll be working directly with clients, guiding them from application to closing with the backing of a high-performing team.

Compensation

• Base Salary + Commission (serious earning potential)

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on mortgage solutions tailored to their goals
• Structure and present loan options clearly, with the ability to help clients currently in process with restructuring loans and getting them closed
• Manage deals from application to closing
• Build referral relationships and generate repeat business
• Work closely with ops to keep files moving fast

What We’re Looking For

• Mortgage / lending / banking experience preferred
• Strong sales mindset + communication skills
• Ability to structure deals (not just quote rates)
• Competitive, self-driven, team player
• NMLS license a must
