Job Requirement:

The Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading design of cloud-based analytical and automated solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and efficiency within the contact centers. This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that advanced analytics, AI/ML, and automation initiatives align with strategic goals, are scalable, and deliver measurable impact.

Required skills:

• 14+ years of experience
• 5+ years of Solutions Architect experience
• Design, develop, and deliver AI/ML solutions
• Technical (hands-on experience)
• Deep expertise in cloud computing (Azure, GCP, and AWS)
• Deep expertise in software architecture design, DevOps, and IT security
• Certifications (MSFT/AWS/GCP Solutions Architect)
