What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assemble, test, calibrate, and inspect high‑precision sensor and electronic products
  • Perform detailed assembly work including fine soldering, mechanical fastening, and adhesive bonding
  • Use microscopes and small hand tools to work with miniature, precision components
  • Conduct visual inspections, functional testing, and calibration to ensure quality standards are met
  • Operate and maintain basic production equipment used in testing and assembly
  • Accurately document work performed and flag quality issues to engineering or supervision
  • Follow all safety, quality, and process standards while meeting production goals
  • Collaborate closely with teammates and engineering staff to resolve issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

What We’re Looking For

Must‑Haves
  • Soldering experience
  • Experience soldering fine‑pitch electronic components
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods
  • Ability to follow written instructions, drawings, and procedures (schematics)
  • Comfort working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Exposure to oscilloscopes, shakers, welders, bead blasters, or similar equipment
  • Experience in electronics, sensor manufacturing, or regulated environments
  • Familiarity with quality inspection or calibration processes
  • Willingness to learn through structured training programs

Schedule & Pay

  • Shift: First shift, Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Pay: $20–27 per hour, based on experience
  • Overtime: Available as needed, never mandatory

Work Environment

Technicians work independently within assigned assembly cells and report directly to the Assembly Supervisor. The production floor spans multiple departments in an ISO 9001–regulated manufacturing environment. This is a light‑industrial, climate‑controlled workspace designed for precision electronics assembly. The area is ESD‑controlled, requiring lab coats with wrist and boot grounders. While not a clean room, the facility is consistently clean, orderly, and well‑organized to support quality and focus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.83 - $26.00/hr.
