The Solderer Assembler will solder precision electro-mechanical equipment, wiring harnesses, and PCB board assemblies used in computers, electronic instruments, and related electronic systems. This role requires careful interpretation of blueprints, diagrams, and detailed specifications to perform high-quality soldering, assembly, testing, and repair work with a strong focus on precision and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
You will work in a stable, climate-controlled environment that supports focused, high-precision work in electronics and electro-mechanical assembly. The role offers the opportunity to build and refine specialized soldering and assembly skills while contributing to the production of high-quality electronic systems. You will collaborate with technical colleagues, follow clear procedures and documentation, and gain valuable hands-on experience with modern tools and equipment in a professional production setting.
Work Environment
This position is based in a climate-controlled facility designed to support precision electronic and electro-mechanical assembly work. You will regularly use soldering irons, gas torches, electric-ultrasonic soldering equipment, power grinders, handheld drills, crimping tools, and various hand tools. Work involves handling PCB boards, wiring harnesses, and electronic components, as well as working with chemical cleaning solutions and compounds following safety practices. The environment supports standing and manual work, including lifting up to fifty (50) pounds, both assisted and unassisted.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
