Job Title: Soil Lab Technician
Job Description
The Soil Lab Technician plays a key role in supporting soil stabilization products by performing comprehensive soil testing and analysis. This position works closely with engineering and operations teams to evaluate soil suitability, support project design, and ensure high-quality results for customers. The role also includes on-site visits to train customers on the correct application of the product and to provide consultative support in the field.

Work Environment
This role operates in both laboratory and field environments. In the lab, you will stand for extended periods while performing tests and managing equipment in a hands-on, technical setting. In the field, you will travel approximately 30% to 40% of the time to remote and rural locations to demonstrate soil stabilization technology, train clients, and oversee installation on dirt roads and similar projects. The position offers frequent exposure to clients, close collaboration with engineering and operations teams, and the chance to contribute to green, environmentally friendly solutions. The company is a small team of about a dozen employees, providing significant opportunities for growth, cross-functional work, and professional development. Once converted to a permanent role, employees are eligible for medical benefits, a 401(k) match, and 20 days of paid time off. Work is generally performed on weekdays, with a schedule aligned to standard business hours.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
