Conduct Management Technology is a very complex system architecture under the umbrella of the Customer Excellence Technology stack, which require a substantial technical and process oriented Senior Software Engineer We are looking for a strong experienced Senior Software Engineer that will be able to help develop and manage process design changes and efficiency efforts to date. This role will work on architecture changes, Technical solutions and is responsible for maintaining and creating new features in an Agile environment supporting Conduct Management related systems. Senior Software Engineer will also interact with our Enterprise Conduct Management Office, Scrum masters, Product owners and collaborate to ensure a system meets all regulatory commitments and compliance policy. This applications interacts with multiple systems and have tight partnerships with a multitude of upstream applications to provide appropriate integration required for research and investigation activities.  

As an Senior Software Engineer you are expected to achieve success by leading yourself, your team, and the business. Specifically, you will: 

• Lead your Technical team with integrity and create an environment where your team software engineers will feel included, valued, and supported to do work that energizes them.
• Accomplish lead software engineer responsibilities which include designing, architect, develop and providing ongoing technical support, recognizing and developing features, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily Senior software engineer tasks.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Relationship Database Management Systems (RDBMS) such as SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL
• 5+ years of database design
• 7+ years of application development experience
• 4+ years of experience with source coding in one or a combination of the following: GitHub, SVN(Subversion), TFVC (Team Foundation Version Control) or TFSGit (Team Foundation Server)
• 7+ years of web applications experience
• 2 + years of experience with infrastructure traffic data flow analytics tools
• 2+ years of experience with software architecture design principles and designing software solutions
• 3+ years of RESTful service development experience using .Net core

• An industry-standard technology certification
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience leading and executing complex technology transformational programs across an enterprise
• 7+ years of .net experience
• .NET Core experience
• 5 + years of experience developing Single Page Architecture (SPA) web application using ASP.NET MVC, Knockout, Javascript, or JQuery, or with frameworks such as Angular.JS or HTML 5

• Flexibility to address incidents as needed 24 hours a day
• Ability to work additional hours as needed

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 Max: $201,500
NC-Winston Salem: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 Max: $201,500
TX-Irving: Min: $108,500 Mid: $155,000 Max: $201,500
