🚨 Now Hiring: Software Support Specialist (Hybrid – Atlanta, GA)
Radiant Systems is seeking an experienced IT Senior Support Specialist to support enterprise-level 3rd party applications for a long-term engagement with a leading state agency.
📍 Location: Atlanta, GA 30308 (Local candidates only)
🏢 Work Mode: Hybrid (1 day onsite per week)
⏳ Duration: 14 Months (Potential extension based on budget)
🎥 Interview: Webcam or In-Person
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Provide front-end and back-end support for 3rd party enterprise applications
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex user and system issues
• Support application deployment, configuration, and enhancements
• Analyze user needs and design software modifications
• Develop scripts, perform data analysis, and write SQL/stored procedures
• Conduct training sessions for end users and support staff
• Work independently and lead/mentor junior team members
💡 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ 7+ years of technical support (front-end & back-end)
✔ Strong experience with JavaScript & Groovy scripting
✔ Experience supporting Java-based web applications
✔ Proficiency in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and T-SQL
✔ Hands-on experience in debugging, deployment, and configuration
⭐ Highly Desired:
• Experience with Agile Assets / Trimble Asset Management System
• Strong database development experience (MS SQL & Oracle)
📌 Important Notes:
• Must be local to the Atlanta, GA area
• Initial contract through fiscal year with expected renewal
• No pay increases in the first 2 years (performance-based afterward)
• Preference for US Citizens, Green Card holders, or EAD
