Description:The Sensor Fusion team is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help prototype and integrate applications and algorithms (C++, C#, Python) spanning the domains of artificial intelligence / machine learning (AI/ML), information fusion, and electronic warfare. You'll have the opportunity to develop cutting-edge Combat Identification solutions and integrate them into the world's most advanced fighters, collaborating closely with our customers and across teams to bring these capabilities to life.
Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (e.g. Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field)
• Experience with large codebases and modern software tools (Git, CI/CD)
• Experience with one or more programming languages (ex. C++, C#, Python)
• Experience with software development and testing (unit and system)
• Professional experience implementing AI/ML algorithms using common machine learning frameworks (ex. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)
Desired Skills:• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience leading a technical effort or feature end-to-end
• Experience interfacing with customers or end users to define product requirements and priorities
• Ability to guide technical work as a senior developer (ex. algorithm design, code reviews)
• Front-end and back-end development experience
• Sensor fusion, radar, electronic warfare, and/or signal processing
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
