Role: Software Engineer – Azure & Backend Lead Developer

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Azure cloud services, backend development, API integrations, SQL databases, and DevOps. The candidate will lead the design, development, deployment, and support of scalable cloud-based applications and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend applications using .NET/C# and Python.
• Design and implement solutions using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and related Azure services.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and system integrations.
• Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical leadership.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure services.
• 3+ Years of experience working with public sector experience
• Strong experience with .NET/C#, Python, and API development.
• Experience with SQL Server database design and optimization.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of cloud architecture, security, and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Azure certification.
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
