Build APIs + Digital to support clients large scale digital presence. Design + Develop re-usable APIs focused on customer experience needs. Contribute to entire SDLC from concept to deployment as member of multi-functional team. Document APIs leveraging an API documentation framework (Swagger). Design + architect complex solutions on a platform dedicated to high-scale processing of large amounts of data. Mentor + direct team members on technology + specific design. Identify issues + provide end-to-end solutions. Collaborate w/ business and technology stakeholders to define + deliver next-gen ecosystem. Partner w/ various Chapters + Product areas to assist w/ moving towards fully automated testing + deployment. Evaluate + prototype emerging technologies within developer + testing community to evaluate business value + feasibility. Assist organization with move to engineering product model-based team structure. Engage w/ global team of developers in leading best practices for software engineering. May undergo background checks. Must have Bachelors in Computer Science or related field and 5 years relevant exp in software development in Java Web services and API solutions. Also requires the following skills (5 yrs exp) in: software development using Java, Tomcat, and Spring Boot; integration with Service Oriented Architecture REST APIs using SpringBoot/Dropwizard; designing and building large-scale applications; application development with micro architectures; End-To-End DevSecOps automation with CI and CD pipelines; mock frameworks and service virtualization; Oracle Database; PL-SQL; DynamoDB; Spring MVC; Spring Core; JavaScript; unit and functional test automation in Java, Web services, and Cloud Services Integration; Testing frameworks Junit, Mockito and RestAssured; automating DevOps processes, continuous integration and delivery pipelines (Maven, Jenkins, Git, Docker); creating functional use cases using RestAssured; Unit Integration and Functional test; performance testing using Service Virtualization; public (AWS) and private cloud capabilities including compute, storage, database, and analytics; and relational and NoSQL database management systems.
