Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Software/Control System Engineer, located in Titusville, FL. The Software/Control System Engineer will be responsible for designing and implementing control systems software, developing and maintaining process automation solutions, and conducting systems engineering tasks. Additionally, the role includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with control systems, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and ensuring optimal performance of systems in alignment with client requirements.


A successful candidate will support ongoing projects in the space launch and hypersonic system test domains.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in Process Automation and Control Systems Design principles
  • Experience in Software Engineering and Systems Engineering methodologies
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical system issues
  • Experience developing real time software using C++ in a Linux Environment
  • Familiarity with industrial automation protocols such as Profinet
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Experience in DoD environment for Space Launch and High Speed System Test desirable
  • Strong team collaboration and communication skills
