Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Social Orchestration: Develop and execute a comprehensive editorial calendar that shifts our focus from high-volume posting to high-impact storytelling across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube optimization.The "Personal Brand" Architect: Lead our internal training program to empower RETHINK Retail team members to become thought leaders, leveraging personal accounts to drive organic reach that corporate pages cant match.PR & Media Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for external media, managing speaker amplification for major events (like the AIR Virtual Summit) and securing earned media opportunities.Community Cultivation & Emerging Platforms: Build real relationships within Reddit and specialized retail communities. Partner with our production team to repurpose content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.Editorial Brand Stewardship: Establish and enforce strict brand guidelines to ensure visual and tonal consistency.
