Location: Based in or willing to relocate to West Palm Beach Florida area.
Reports to: Dual reporting – Founder/Creative Director &Vice President of Marketing
Experience:
5-7 years of sales, marketing (including but not limited to social media marketing) or customer service experience at a D2C eCommerce brand, ideally in fashion & apparel space.
Experience reporting and providing regular insights to business stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset and goal oriented - self-directed, proactive and able to define and execute projects independently.
Experience working with complementary business functions such as Creative, Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and ability to navigate and partner cross-functionally.
Curatorial and aesthetic approach to managing social media presence.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage day to day functioning of the main brand social accounts including, but not limited to, Instagram and TikTok.
Create systems and processes around organic social media function with buy-in from key business stakeholders.
Manage all organic customer engagement on all social channels, including responses to direct messages, comments, re-posting, etc.
Closely monitor social media performance and KPIs.
Create strategies to optimize key social media performance metrics.
Develop content creation strategy and deployment, specifically, platform-relevant content curation to connect, engage, and convert.
