As we expand our footprint through key retail partnerships like Sephora North America, we’re looking for a dynamic Trade Marketing/Marketing Coordinator to help bring our brand to life at retail and drive performance across all touch points.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive social media and content strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion that is both on-brand and aligned with the marketing and sales strategy
  • Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and appear in video content, including product demonstrations, tutorials, and promotional assets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to deliver high-quality, on-brand content
  • Build and manage content pipelines across all social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging channels
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, platform innovations, and audience behaviors to inform strategy and creative direction
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize content performance using data, analytics tools, and audience feedback
  • Establish clear goals, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for all social channels
  • Present performance insights, trends, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with broader marketing campaigns and brand objectives


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in social media strategy, digital marketing, or content creation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving engagement, growth, and brand impact through social media content
  • Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to generate and execute striking, on-brand ideas
  • Comfortable and confident on camera, with experience creating video content
  • Experience with scripting, storyboarding, and storytelling for digital platforms
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  • Proficiency in social media analytics and performance tracking (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Passion for luxury, beauty, fragrance, brand-building and storytelling


The expected base pay range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
