About the Role
LAGOM is looking for a highly creative and internet-native Social Media Marketing Specialist to help grow brands like Weday through social media, creator partnerships, and community-driven marketing.
This role is not just about posting content. We are looking for someone who understands internet culture, social trends, aesthetics, and how modern, design-forward brands build attention and community online. Weday is a bold, cannabis-related lifestyle brand with a strong focus on design, culture, and self-expression — and we want someone who genuinely understands that world.
You should have strong intuition for what works on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and emerging social channels, while also understanding how to maintain a consistent premium brand image.
Portfolio or relevant social media work samples required (applications without portfolio/work samples will not be considered).
