HOW YOU WILL CREATE THE EXTRAORDINARY

  • Provide friendly, helpful, and courteous service to guests and fellow team members.
  • Perform daily or scheduled preventative maintenance on gaming devices, including validator units, ticket printers, and card readers.
  • Follow machine entry and repair procedures to proactively identify or prevent equipment issues.
  • Maintain and repair electronic circuitry for all slot‑related equipment.
  • Safeguard all assigned assets during installation, builds, conversions, and reconfigurations.
  • Use approved electronic test equipment for diagnostics and repairs.
  • Diagnose faulty equipment and troubleshoot to the sub‑system level (e.g., hopper, comparator, MPU board).
  • Safely operate shop equipment including hand tools, welding tools, soldering equipment, and test devices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation including repair logs, shift logs, daily reports, and JMRs.
  • Comply with gaming regulations, compact requirements, and departmental SOPs.
  • Maintain predetermined stock levels of validators, ticket printers, and card readers.
  • Complete machine moves and assigned projects.
  • Interact professionally with other departments.
  • Assist with validator software upgrades as released by vendors.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support operational success.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment as required.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technical environment.
  • Ability to use hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and electronic testing devices.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet attendance standards and adhere to all regulatory and company policies.
