Job Title: Site Supervisor

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious luxury home builder renowned for delivering exceptional single-family residences valued at $20M+. This is a rare opportunity to join a high-performing team working on some of the most exclusive and architecturally significant homes in the Hamptons.
As Site Supervisor, you will take full responsibility for on-site operations, ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and safety. You will be the driving force behind daily site activity, coordinating trades, managing schedules, and maintaining excellence across all phases of construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations on ultra-high-end residential builds
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain programme timelines
- Ensure all work meets exceptional quality and finish standards
- Enforce health & safety regulations and site compliance
- Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and report to senior project leadership
- Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, and designers
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks
Requirements:
- Proven experience supervising high-end residential construction projects ($10M+ preferred)
- Strong knowledge of luxury finishes, materials, and construction methods
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple trades in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship
- Relevant construction qualifications or certifications preferred
