Job Title: Site Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Perform laboratory support services such as glassware collection, cleaning, and sterilization to maintain a safe and efficient lab environment.
  • Collect, handle, and prepare biological waste for sterilization and disposal in accordance with established procedures.
  • Process order entry and manage orders within customer procurement systems to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and supplies.
  • Support stockroom services, including inventory handling, stocking, and organization of lab materials and consumables.
  • Handle material movement, including receiving, staging, and distributing supplies and equipment within the facility.
  • Perform shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation, labeling, and routing of incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Track chemicals and related materials as required, helping maintain accurate records and compliance with site procedures.
  • Deliver direct shipment orders and other materials to end users and perform on-site deliveries as required.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, work to diffuse dissatisfaction, and identify effective solutions with a goal of first-call resolution within established turnaround times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management to support overall lab operations and customer satisfaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
