Must Haves:
- 5 to 7 years’ experience in wastewater / water treatment experience in an industrial environment
- Experience coordinating across:
- Construction, Environmental, Safety / EHS, Operations
- Ability to verify points of connection in the field (matching drawings, permits, procedures)
- Familiarity with distribution systems:
- Piping, Valves, Pumps
- Ability to read and understand:
- Work permits. SOPs, Basic system drawings / P&IDs
- Semiconductor industry exposure (facilities, utilities, suppliers, or fab support)
- Strong communication, documentation & basic computer literacy
Plusses
- Semiconductor facilities operations experience
- Direct wastewater experience inside a fab
- Knowledge of materials of construction (pipe types, connections)
- Wastewater or environmental compliance training (ex: RCRA)
Day to Day
- Spend 80% of time in the field:
- Walking active construction projects
- Coordinating with engineers, CDPs, contractors, and safety teams
- Verifying wastewater and water system tie‑ins before approval
- Ensure systems meet treatment requirements before connection
- Participate in morning pass‑down meetings to review critical activities
- Act as the on‑site coordinator for wastewater‑related work
- 20% documentation:
- Write‑ups
- Reports
- Maintaining permits and records
