Shop Helper & Assembly

Your Day-to-Day

  • Production Support:Assist machine operators with setups and de-nest parts from laser tables.
  • Precision Prep:Deburr, grind, and clean metal components to prepare them for final assembly or welding.
  • Mechanical Assembly:Use hand and power tools to assemble products and sub-components according to technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Quality Checks:Use basic measuring tools (tape measures, squares) to ensure every part meets our high standards before it moves to the next station.
  • Shop Flow:Keep the workspace organized and safe, including moving materials and disposing of scrap.

What You Bring

  • Mechanical Aptitude:You’re comfortable with tools and enjoy hands-on work.
  • Reliability:You take pride in showing up on time and helping the team hit deadlines.
  • Physical Strength:Ability to stand for long shifts and repetitively lift or carry up to50 lbs.
  • Ambition:We value and mentor our people. If you want to learn to weld or operate a brake press, this is your starting point.

PAY: $20-$29

This is a Permanent position based out of Kaukauna, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
