About Disc Store

Disc Store is a fast-growing e-commerce company based in Omaha, shipping products to customers across the country and around the world. We focus on doing a few things really well: fast shipping, accurate orders, and taking care of the customer.

The Role

We’re hiring someone to help run day-to-day operations across shipping and customer support.

This is a hands-on role. Orders come in, you help get them out the door, and you help customers along the way. You’ll stay busy and be part of a team that moves quickly and works together.

What You’ll Do

Shipping & Fulfillment

• Pick, pack, and ship daily orders
• Print labels and manage outgoing shipments
• Receive and organize inventory
• Keep the warehouse clean and efficient

Customer Support

• Respond to emails and calls
• Help with order questions, tracking, and issues
• Solve problems and take care of the customer

General Operations

• Assist with inventory counts
• Help improve organization and processes
• Jump in wherever needed

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable and shows up ready to work
• Detail-oriented (orders need to go out right the first time)
• Comfortable using a computer
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Willing to stay active throughout the day

Nice to Have (Not Required)

• Warehouse or shipping experience
• Customer service experience
• Interest in sports or disc golf
