Work Environment
The role is based in a clean, organized, and safety-focused manufacturing environment with roughly 100 employees across two buildings. One building houses CNC machining centers that produce parts for pumps, valves, and kits, while the other focuses on assembly and shipping/receiving operations. The team assembles around 15,000 pumps per year, and while it is production work, the wide variety of pumps, valves, and kits keeps the work diverse and engaging rather than repetitive.
