Shipping And Receiving Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Specialist II to join our Materials Management team in Reston, VA. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient preparation and processing of both domestic and international shipments, playing a vital part in our supply chain operations.

• Prepare and process domestic and international shipments.
• Load and unload trucks and verify incoming shipments for accuracy.
• Package products securely based on shipping and customer requirements.
• Prepare bills of lading, customs documentation, and shipping labels.
• Record shipping and receiving transactions in the ERP system.
• Track shipments and resolve discrepancies with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and follow quality procedures.
• Help maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems or warehouse systems preferred.
• Familiarity with international shipping or customs documentation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

• ACE or BIS - Export compliance certification.
• 2-3 years of shipping experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with customer service and distributors.
• Flexibility to help in other areas of the warehouse.

This is a Permanent position based out of Reston, VA.

The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $49920.00/yr.
