Location: Orlando, FL

Pay Rate: $16–$17 per hour

Schedule: Full‑time / Monday - Friday 5AM-3:30PM

The Warehouse & Assembly Associate supports daily warehouse operations and product assembly. This role involves handling materials, assembling products, and ensuring quality and efficiency in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

• Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for production or shipment
• Assemble products or components using hand tools or equipment
• Follow assembly instructions, work orders, and quality standards
• Inspect materials and finished products for defects
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Meet daily production and shipping goals
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Warehouse and/or assembly experience preferred but not required
• Ability to use hand tools and perform basic assembly tasks
• Attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Manufacturing and warehouse setting
• Non climate controlled
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced work
• Safety equipment required

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
