The Shipping and Receiving Specialist manages the accurate receipt, storage, and distribution of electronic components within a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse environment. This role ensures all incoming materials meet quality and quantity requirements, maintains precise inventory records in the ERP system, supports production with timely material availability, and contributes to continuous improvement of inventory control processes.

Work Environment
The role is based in a temperature- and humidity-controlled warehouse designed to protect sensitive electronic components and support comfortable working conditions. The schedule follows a four-day work week, offering longer weekends and a consistent routine. The position involves regular standing, walking, and lifting within the warehouse, as well as frequent use of material handling equipment such as forklifts and RF scan guns. Work is fast-paced and collaborative, with close interaction with production and planning teams and a strong emphasis on safety, organization, and cleanliness.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
