We are looking for a detail‑oriented Fulfillment Specialist to support our fabrication team and keep materials and finished products moving smoothly through our production workflow. • Manage daily shipping and receiving activities with accuracy and urgency.
• Use ERP and shipping software throughout the day to enter, track, and update orders and inventory.
• Pick, stage, and prepare outgoing orders, ensuring correct items, quantities, and documentation.
• Move materials and finished goods between fabrication, assembly, machining, and distribution areas.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with assembly and machining teams to coordinate material needs and resolve issues.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to create simple reports and communicate updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Potentially operate a forklift or similar equipment (training provided).

• 2+ years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience using computer systems.
• Strong computer proficiency, especially in ERP/shipping software.
• Experience with inventory processes, including cycle counts.
• Ability to use RF scanners for tracking and fulfillment.
• Comfortable with warehouse picking and order fulfillment tasks.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work with urgency and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience using ERP systems for inventory and shipping workflows.
• Familiarity with warehouse picking methods and material-handling best practices.
• Willingness to learn forklift operation.
• Strong attention to detail in data entry, labeling, and documentation.
• A reliable, team-focused work ethic with a drive for continuous improvement.

You’ll work across two connected production areas—assembly and machining—moving materials and finished goods to support smooth production flow. This is an active, hands-on role in a warehouse and fabrication setting, using computer workstations, ERP systems, RF scanners, and material-handling equipment. Safety, organization, and teamwork are essential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chanhassen, MN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr.
