The Warehouse Associate supports day-to-day warehouse operations with a primary focus on shipping and receiving, while also assisting with production, equipment operation, inventory control, and quality processes as needed. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflows, high product quality, and a safe, organized warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is flexible, team-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities while collaborating closely with both warehouse and production teams.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse and production environment characterized by fluorescent lighting and an increased noise level typical of active material handling and production equipment. You will spend most of the day on your feet, walking throughout the facility and working in areas where forklifts, pallet jacks, and various production machines operate. The schedule follows a daytime shift, for example 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, supporting a predictable routine. The environment emphasizes safety, organization, and teamwork, with established procedures for equipment operation and material handling, and annual reviews to support continuous improvement.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
