This 1st shift role focuses on shipping and receiving activities in a clean, well-organized warehouse environment. You will operate a sit-down forklift, handle materials up to 50 pounds, and accurately track inventory using an iPad-based system. The position combines hands-on material handling with basic computer use to ensure products move efficiently and records remain up to date.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Handle and lift items up to 50 pounds as needed to build and organize pallets.
• Assemble and build pallets accurately to prepare products for shipping or storage.
• Use an iPad mounted on the forklift to record pallet loads and update inventory information in the computer system.
• Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including loading and unloading, staging, and verifying materials.

Essential Skills

• Experience with general labor in a warehouse, production, or similar environment.
• Hands-on experience in shipping and receiving activities.
• Ability to operate or quickly learn to operate a sit-down forklift.
• Comfort lifting and moving items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
• Basic familiarity with computer inventory software or digital tracking tools.
• Ability to use an iPad or similar device to enter and track inventory data.
• Strong attention to detail when building pallets and recording inventory.
• Reliability and consistency in following work instructions and safety procedures.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large, former retail warehouse that has been converted into a modern, open warehouse space. The facility is clean, well lit, and organized, with wide open areas and large racking systems. You will work primarily in a normal warehouse-style setting within this larger building, using sit-down forklifts and an iPad-based inventory system. The space includes areas dedicated to tank assembly and general production, along with a handful of forklifts in operation. Work is performed on 1st shift in a setting designed for efficiency and safety, with a practical, warehouse-appropriate dress code.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in De Pere,WI.
