Specifically, we are looking for a TS/SCI cleared ServiceNow Portal Developer - Senior - to support this mission in the greater Tampa, FL area - 2 days Telework.

Responsibilities:

Asa ServiceNow Portal Developer- Senior,you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

  • Possesses and applies comprehensive knowledge across key tasks and high impact assignments. Plans and leads major technical assignments. May supervise others.
  • Leads ServiceNow portal development across the TO, ensuring performance, scalability, and alignment with operational needs. Directs feature design, workflow automation, and modernization efforts.
  • Plays a lead role in defining the technical architecture and strategic roadmap for the ServiceNow portal, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with overarching programobjectives.
  • Leads the design and implementation of portal modules and features, including automated reporting processes; dashboards for financial forecasts/reporting, libraries for Trip Reports, Travel/PurchasingRequests, PRD Awards; and metrics for government stakeholder meetings (e.g., MSR, TSM.).
  • Establishes and enforces coding standards, best practices, and security protocols for the development team.
  • Evaluates emerging technologies and recommends their adoption to enhanceTask orderportal functionality, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Oversees the integration of the ServiceNowportal with required external systems, ensuring seamless data flow and compliance with data transfer policies.
  • Functions as a technical expert for criticaltask orderportal components, providing guidance and mentorship to junior and journeyman developers.
  • Ensures that the ServiceNow portal's capabilities support the generation and submission of required deliverables, including quarterly updates to the Electronic Contract File.
  • Utilize the followingRole Specific Tools: ServiceNow; Jira Help Desk; Portal development frameworks; API integration tools (ASSIST, G Invoicing); secure role based access modules; automated workflow engines for RIP/CTP/TAR approvals; PRD dashboard builders; GFP lifecycle reporting modules; document library configuration tools; burn rate and invoicing trackers; compliance monitoring systems;task orderportal audit logs; Power BI embedded analytics fortask orderportal dashboards.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Previousexperience asa ServiceNowPortalDeveloperor similar rolesupporting a DoD customer at the CCMDlevel
  • Minimum of 12 years w/o a degree or 10 years with AS/AA or 8years’ experiencewithBS/BA or6 years’ experience with MS/MA or 4 years’ experience with PhD.
  • A current, active DoD security clearanceat the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship isrequired

Work Environment:

  • Location: greater Tampa, FL area - 2 days Telework.
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presencerequiredfor equipment management and asset tracking

Target Salary Range

$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
