ServiceNow Engineer
Hybrid | 3 Days Onsite – Chandler, AZ (Required)
Contract to Hire Opportunity | W2 only (No C2C)
CDW is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions within a global semiconductor environment. This role focuses on modernizing workflows, enabling automation and self‑service, and delivering secure, scalable configurations—including GenAI‑enabled enhancements—that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver enterprise‑scale ServiceNow solutions that modernize workflows and improve operational efficiency
- Lead ServiceNow form design and configuration, ensuring usability, performance, and compliance
- Develop and maintain client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and UI scripts
- Build and support Flow Designer automations using low‑code/no‑code capabilities
- Configure and enhance Incident, Change, and Service Catalog modules
- Design and support integrations and platform enhancements, including Now Assist and ServiceNow GenAI capabilities
- Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
- Support platform upgrades, testing, documentation, and troubleshooting
- Ensure platform reliability, security, and alignment with ServiceNow best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience with ServiceNow form design and configuration
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and UI scripting
- Solid understanding of the ServiceNow data model and table relationships
- Hands‑on experience with Flow Designer and automation
- Familiarity with Incident, Change, and Service Catalog modules
- Knowledge of Now Assist and ServiceNow GenAI capabilities
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience supporting enterprise or global environments
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related field
- Preferred technical certifications:
- VMware VCP
- AWS Certified Solutions Architect
- Azure Administrator Associate
Work Experience
- 4+ years in IT System Administration or Infrastructure roles
- 1+ year exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Work Location
- Hybrid schedule required
- 3 days onsite per week in Chandler, AZ
