You will handle a variety of residential and light commercial plumbing work from diagnostics and repairs to installations and emergency calls. Youll work directly with customers, so a professional attitude and clear communication are as important as your technical skills.Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, clogs, water heater failures, fixture replacements, and pipe damage Perform new installations: water heaters, faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, sump pumps, and supply/drain lines Respond to emergency service calls promptly and professionally Conduct plumbing inspections and provide clear, honest estimates to customers Maintain and operate company vehicle and tools in good working condition Document all work orders, parts used, and job notes accurately after each job Communicate job status, delays, and upsell opportunities to the office team Follow all local, state, and company safety protocols on every job siteCompensationBP offers competitive pay, commission opportunities, and health insurance options.
