Kane Selection Ltd represents a rapidly growing dealer specialising in material processing and environmental equipment across the United States. As the company continues to expand, they're hiring a Service Manager to lead their Waco, Texas operation.


This is a key leadership role responsible for full-service operations, technician management, and customer support across the region. It would suit someone already operating in a Service Manager role, or a strong Lead Technician or Supervisor, ready to step up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full management of service operations across the Waco branch
  • Lead, develop, and manage all field and shop technicians
  • Drive productivity, efficiency, and utilisation across the team
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and compliance
  • Oversee scheduling, workflow, and work order completion
  • Work closely with Parts and Sales teams to support customer requirements and identify revenue opportunities
  • Manage customer relationships, including site visits and issue resolution
  • Ensure timely billing, cost control, and margin performance
  • Recruit, train, and retain service personnel
  • Implement and improve processes as the operation continues to scale
  • Handle after-hours escalations and support when required
  • Maintain a strong presence with key customers across the territory


Qualifications/Skills:

  • Minimum 4+ years in a leadership, supervisory, or senior technician role
  • Strong mechanical understanding of heavy equipment, ideally crushers, screens, shredders, grinders, or similar
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive performance
  • Solid organisational and planning skills
  • Commercial awareness with the ability to manage budgets and costs
  • Strong communication skills, both internally and customer-facing
  • Comfortable using service systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools


Location Requirement:

Candidates must be based within a 1-hour commute of Waco, TX, or open to relocation.
