Service Dispatcher:

Shift/Hours:Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23-25/hr., Depending on Experience

Location:Denver, CO 80216

Experience:6 months preferred.

Our client is looking for a Service Dispatcher to serve as the primary liaison between customers and HVAC technicians, coordinating field activities, managing schedules, and providing high-touch customer service. The Service Dispatcher will be responsible for optimizing technician routes, handling service requests, and maintaining accurate, real-time documentation for field operations.

Service DispatcherResponsibilities:

Assign and prioritize service calls for HVAC technicians based on urgency and skill set.
Receive service requests, provide updates to clients, and manage customer inquiries or complaints.
Maintain constant communication with technicians to provide job details and ensure efficient operations.
Process work orders, update job statuses in software, and manage technician time reporting.
Order materials for jobs and handle after-hours call follow-up.
Other administrative, opening, closing duties as assigned.

DispatcherRequirements:

2-4 years dispatch and customer service coordination experience preferred.
Strong multi-tasking capabilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical industry software is a plus.
Proactive, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
